Common Questions

Is the Base Plan compulsory?
Yes. All add-ons require the Base Plan (₹799/month). You cannot subscribe to add-ons without an active Base Plan.
Can I add or remove add-ons later?
You can add new features at any time. However, due to operational consistency, active add-ons cannot be removed mid-cycle; they will remain active until your current billing period expires.
Is there a free trial?
Trial access is granted based on business verification. Businesses may request a trial through our Contact Page. All trial requests are manually reviewed and approved based on operational capacity.
How is payment collected?
Payments are processed securely via the Cashfree payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking from all major Indian banks.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not automatic. All refund requests are subject to a manual support review. LEVIX reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our service verification criteria.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancellation requests must be submitted to support. Your shop will remain active until the end of the current paid cycle. LEVIX may retain certain operational logs for security and regulatory compliance after account closure.
