1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use LEVIX. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LEVIX only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the platform without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or business information
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Levix (products, orders, customer records, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data only to provide the platform services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep Levix available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
6. Subscription & Payments
Levix offers free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Billing is processed through our payment partner (Cashfree Payments)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for refund requests
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
The Levix platform, including its design, code, logo, and content, is owned by Levix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
